I first came into contact with Jabiru when I became the Senator representing Katsina Central having taken over the position from Tsauri's former boss, Senator Umaru Tsauri who was the one that first suggested I should go along into the Senate with Jabiru who should continue as my Senior Legislative Aide having acquired high experience in that direction.
It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made as he performed his duties effectively and efficiently especially in reaching out to the rural dwellers where the bulk of our people in need reside.
Through Jabiru, we were able to secure federal government jobs to over 1,000 of my constituents ninety per cent of whom neither myself nor Jabiru knew or met, but we did what we did bearing in mind that these are our people and we needed to help them get fixed in those places.
Jabiru who earned the confidence of the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji (Dr) Abdulmuminu Kabir Usman to be conferred with the traditional title of Lamidon Katsina is also a committed and springy person that gets any assigned responsibility done even to the overwhelming amazement of his boss by using his initiatives to give the best results.
So, for me, Jabiru is always the man for the job.

He's eminently doing well as the Chief of Staff to the Katsina State governor although the job is tough and too demanding.
He's since mastered legislative aide's job and I can vouch for him at anytime.

Jabiru has been my childhood friend with whom I grew up to the university level.
He's an idol for others, very generous, helpful, loving, respectful, level headed and should be emulated.
He's the best contributor to the development of Tsauri especially now that he's the Chief of Staff to Governor Radda, he has sunk an uncountable number of boreholes as well as empowered many persons including women and youths extending up to Kurfi.

I have been a close associate of Jabiru Tsauri's especially with the return to democracy in 1999, when he became a legislative aide.
He has been wonderfully helpful the Ulama and those under them in our community.
We have never had a generous politician like him who extends dividends of democracy including palliative which he distributes from house to house especially during events like the Sallah celebrations.
